We all have this realization in life and that moment when you try and ask yourself “Is this really what I wanted?” A question that we have to figure out and to be able to answer is through mindfulness. To know more about yourself and what you really wanted, mindfulness is the key. This is one way on how we can improve our lives, just like our guest in today’s podcast.
I had a really amazing conversation with Joree Rose, the mindfulness teacher whom I absolutely love. We had a deep dive conversation about what mindfulness is, how it is different from meditation, how you can bring it to your everyday life, bringing awareness, and how to get out of negative thoughts and emotions that linger around our minds from our memories.
